I recently sold a house with Julia Barnett & Ryan Littler. I was extremely pleased with the performance in the communication and the service from both Julia and Ryan. They went above and beyond. There were too many to say of experiences that were excellent with Julia and Ryan, I just really appreciated the straight talk and that they were always obliging to assist us if we weren’t in Auckland to meet with Tradies and builders. We only did a very short marketing plan, weren’t sure how this was going to go as it was our first time. We were very successful and we sold the property within two weeks and settled quickly too.
