Friendliness abounded which helped trust in the processes. Our last two addresses were sold privately but we were very happy to have Kim manage this one and take the pressure off us. She could not have done this better, thankfully, and we would warmly recommend the team to anyone particularly in Eastbourne and The Bays as both are residents here and know the area so very well.
