Jules has a very easy and approachable manner, that we genuinely appreciated. He is not a pushy salesperson, in fact Jules did not attempt to "sell" the house, but instead the benefits of the property, location and key features. In conjunction with taking the time to learn what we were looking for and how it might work for our family. Jules kept us informed throughout the purchasing process. Which was critical as we had a number of balls in the air at the time, so constant communication was required.
