I approached Judy Ludemann to market my husband’s late auntie’s property. I was one of the two executors named in her will and also a beneficiary. She embraced the opportunity with professional enthusiasm. She was passionate about the property and believed interest would be high. We suggested a ‘Deadline Sale’ and Judy totally agreed. She was overjoyed by the condition of the home considering it was built in 1965 and still had original carpets and wallpaper throughout. The house had been insulated, a heat pump installed and an original fire disestablished in recent years. Noeleen, the sole resident had lived there on her own since her husbands death in 2014. Judy’s enthusiasm was evident from the beginning and I believe she did everything possible to reach out to potential buyers through her marketing of the sale of this house. This began with a drone to take photos, advertising and having open days. She always communicated directly with me before and after viewings which was so much appreciated. Fortunately a young couple who loved the property and are buying their first home managed to find finance before the deadline date and I alongwith the other executor accepted their offer. It was a win, win for both parties and I believe it was Judy’s enthusiasm for the property, her respect of the young couple plus her excellent communication skills between all parties that helped seal the sale.
