Judy was very approachable & had a great local knowledge. Works very hard & took several people to view house. Was quite sympathetic with us as sellers as we owned the house - family holiday home for over 40 years. Sad to leave.

I met Judy at an early open home, which was busy, but despite this she managed to touch base with me and garner information about my circumstances and wishes. I had been looking in the Cromwell market for some time so had some comparisons. Judy knew the neighbourhood well and was able to talk about the diversity of my neighbourhood and neighbours. She followed me up after my visit and prior to the deadline to see whether I was interested in continuing with purchase. Judy was delighted when I was successful and genuinely kept communication flowing, especially as I wished to purchase a couple of items from the vendor. She successfully facilitated conversation with the vendor on my behalf. Judy willingly offered to supply me with contacts for any services I may need post purchase. People she knew were reliable in a community I’m yet to discover. She has extended her support beyond settlement which will be helpful.
