Where do I start? My plan was to move to Australia in March/April last year so I needed to sell my house. I met with Josh in early May and soon after signed him exclusively to sell but timing proved the challenge as Covid began to take it’s hold. After a couple of contract extensions I was finally ready for market by the end of November. Josh’s knowledge, honest advice and expertise made for a stress-free experience. His calm and professional nature was comforting and all of my concerns were eased. I had complete trust in Josh to do his thing. Not only a wonderful agent, Josh’s work related connections and offers of physical help to move furniture were vast enabling me to get the house spruced up a little in areas inside and out. He kept me in the loop, updated and on target without applying pressure. Well, just a little bit near the end...lol. Thank you very much Josh for getting a great job done!
