The sale period was quite long for the property we purchased but Josh made sure he checked in frequently to keep us updated, we were very keen on this house. Overall we appreciated how efficient and professional Josh was and how easy he made this whole process.

Where do I start? My plan was to move to Australia in March/April last year so I needed to sell my house. I met with Josh in early May and soon after signed him exclusively to sell but timing proved the challenge as Covid began to take it’s hold. After a couple of contract extensions I was finally ready for market by the end of November. Josh’s knowledge, honest advice and expertise made for a stress-free experience. His calm and professional nature was comforting and all of my concerns were eased. I had complete trust in Josh to do his thing. Not only a wonderful agent, Josh’s work related connections and offers of physical help to move furniture were vast enabling me to get the house spruced up a little in areas inside and out. Only piece of feedback for next time is to ensure agent knows everything about the house so when potential buyers ask questions they're able to answer then and there i.e. insulation.
