He made the sale process easy for us. He was very responsive and answered any queries we had quickly. And he even helped me paint our bedroom; in preparation for the sale. With his help; we got 14 offers on our property and 7 of those offers were all above the figure we had been prepared to accept.

Process was painful in terms of getting it ready for market but due to the hard work we put in we got great results! Glad we went with Josh! Only piece of feedback for next time is to ensure agent knows everything about the house so when potential buyers ask questions they're able to answer then and there i.e. insulation.
