Excellent service & expertise, Josh was a one stop shop for us as first time buyers. Nothing was too hard. He stood out from his fellow agents by being open & honest giving valuable insights & great perspective when we faced hurdles, always available even after business hours & showed genuine interest helping us get our dream 1st home. HIGHLY recommend Josh, was a pleasure to deal with him.
We are so glad we went with Josh, he was very Profesional and new what we expected. He had great knowledge of the area therefore was able market the house to suit the area. Thank you Josh.
Josh has been professional, supportive and engaged through out the sale process. Right from the open home to the sale he has been awesome. I’d recommend Josh to any of my friends & family in the future.
Josh's passion for people, his community and his mahi make him a phenomenal agent as this translates well into understanding who would love to buy your home and how to attract them. Josh is an excellent communicator - always available to answer our questions - providing us with knowledgeable advice and clear feedback. Each step of the way we felt informed and supported. We would absolutely work with Josh again!
Josh was very knowledgeable knew his market and was confident on the price he gave us that he could get.. very professional from start to finish and delivered on everything he promised.. could not have asked for a better result or agent to handle the sale of my parent's property
Selling our house was stressful for us, especially because we have a 1 year old. The entire Collective team was nothing but helpful and prompt to respond to all our needs and queries to get our house sold. Josh always had our best interest in mind and he worked hard to get our house sold even during lockdown. Five star rating to Josh and the Collective team for giving us amazing service!
Josh was recommended to me and and when I asked why Josh, the immediate response was that he is honest amongst other qualities. From first introduction he was a pleasure to deal with, respectful, approachable and knowledgeable in all aspects of the property market in our area. He knew the area well, gave good advice on presenting the property with appeal and had contacts to assist and minimise the ordeal of renovations. Communication was excellent, proactive and efficient in organising his colleague Jo to assist when he was unwell. Great team work! Josh went the extra mile always and with a smile. I will recommend him highly to all my networks as I am elated with the end result and he truely earnt his commision. Ngā mihi nunui to team Josh 👍🏾
I had a great experience with Josh. He knew the market and was able to advise me on how we should go. He kept me up to date with the open homes and potential buyers. Overall he was more than helpful and I was very happy.
Josh was fantastic. I told him what I needed and he achieved my expectations and more. Obviously over a achiever and likes the challenge. He was also available to answer my million of questions and provide guidance in preparing my home for market when I needed it. I really appreciate josh and all he did for us.
