Josh was very responsive in reply to my messages, always answering every question I asked. The sale was completed fairly quickly from when we went market but unfortunately not quite the price we were after but it was close. Overall we were happy with the outcome and it ment we were able to move on to our next home.

Josh took the time to understand what we were looking for in a house and found us one before it had gone on the market. We were able to view the house and have our offer accepted much faster than anticipated thanks to the help from Josh.
