Josh was exemplary in every way, providing calm, sincere, professional advice and service throughout the marketing and sales process of auctioning our home onsite. I can not recommend him highly enough and thank him for his energetic work ethic and upbeat attitude, and of course the great outcome.. four bidders and sold under the hammer.

Josh is very knowledgeable in real estate in general, but also the Ellerslie area. Professional in communication - you always know exactly where things are at and what is happening. You can rely on the fact that what he says will be done is actioned immediately. Most importantly to me was the fact that he is a genuine person, so if you're not a fan of real estate agents try Josh.

Josh was lovely to work with very honest and knowledgeable about the property

From the moment I met Josh I was impressed with his calmness, clarity around the market situation, positivity and reality - never did he overpromise but kept us firmly in the know of the progress of our campaign. He was an excellent communicator, especially as he had myself as the client (with two additional trustees) but also my mother as the occupant of the house for sale. He created a great relationship with Mum and was always courteous and considerate, especially as he tipped her out of home (with lots of notice!) for private viewings!!! Josh also had an eye for opportunities - a For Sale sign on the back fence of the house that bordered a public walkway to attract even more passing traffic and reviewing our digital listings frequently so we hit all the right parameters for people searching online. When it came to the auction process Josh stepped us through it all very carefully and was pragmatic about the less than stellar market feedback. On the day we had six active bidders and achieved well over the reserve - surprising even Josh and his colleagues as well in this market environment. Josh is a consummate professional with excellent people skills and an ability to form relationships with a variety of people. He knows his stuff when it comes to the market and clearly confers and seeks collaboration with his colleagues as well to achieve a great outcome for the vendor. I would work with Josh again in a heartbeat and recommend him without hesitation as an excellent real estate agent.

Josh was the perfect agent to sell our house. He had great market knowledge, was transparent with us and had fantastic communication. We were overseas at time of sale and Josh would stay up late or wake up early to give us updates. Josh maintained professionalism at all times and we could not recommend him more!

We dealt with Josh for the purchase of our property. He was great to deal with, good communication, was upfront and honest about everything. Would happily recommend him to anyone & would use him again.

We've used Josh to sell several of our properties now, and we wouldn't use anyone else. As overseas vendors, he expertly navigated us through the sale, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and the property was showcased in the best light possible. Josh is honest, transparent, dedicated and maintained great communication throughout the whole sale process. Highly recommend.

We have just purchased a property in Remuera via Auction that was marketed by Josh Nixon from Unlimited Potential. Happy to report that the entire experience, from open home visits, arranged visits, phone calls, Auction briefs, the Auction itself, and handover, was more seamless than hoped for. Josh has a nice manner about him and is certainly very professional. If we were to sell in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to contact Josh, and also thought the whole team at UP was very good.

He kept me up-to-date with market feedback, was always available to answer questions and suggested new initiatives when the market was slowing down. I appreciated his enthusiastic and easy manner in which the entire house sale process was conducted. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone selling or buying a house.

Josh did an outstanding job selling our property - navigating the complexities and time zone issues of working with an overseas vendor with ease. He made the whole process simple, was transparent with us the whole way through, went over and above many times, and delivered a result we were very happy with. We've had a great experience working with Josh and would highly recommend him.

Josh was available for communication throughout the acquisition process and his market knowledge was on point and accurate. His negoitition manner polite, clear and concise with his after settlement followup very much appreciated which allowed him to assist us in the reprograming of appliances that had been locked due to the power termination. A small matter but solved a problem which was very much appreciated.

As a first home buyer, dealing with Josh was very helpful. He didn't mind explaining a few things along the way, and he did his best to help the vendor understand my situation and mindset and vice versa. Thanks Josh!
