From the moment I met Josh I was impressed with his calmness, clarity around the market situation, positivity and reality - never did he overpromise but kept us firmly in the know of the progress of our campaign. He was an excellent communicator, especially as he had myself as the client (with two additional trustees) but also my mother as the occupant of the house for sale. He created a great relationship with Mum and was always courteous and considerate, especially as he tipped her out of home (with lots of notice!) for private viewings!!! Josh also had an eye for opportunities - a For Sale sign on the back fence of the house that bordered a public walkway to attract even more passing traffic and reviewing our digital listings frequently so we hit all the right parameters for people searching online. When it came to the auction process Josh stepped us through it all very carefully and was pragmatic about the less than stellar market feedback. On the day we had six active bidders and achieved well over the reserve - surprising even Josh and his colleagues as well in this market environment. Josh is a consummate professional with excellent people skills and an ability to form relationships with a variety of people. He knows his stuff when it comes to the market and clearly confers and seeks collaboration with his colleagues as well to achieve a great outcome for the vendor. I would work with Josh again in a heartbeat and recommend him without hesitation as an excellent real estate agent.
