Josh is very knowledgeable in real estate in general, but also the Ellerslie area. Professional in communication - you always know exactly where things are at and what is happening. You can rely on the fact that what he says will be done is actioned immediately. Most importantly to me was the fact that he is a genuine person, so if you're not a fan of real estate agents try Josh.
