Selling a house is one of the most stressful things I have ever done, but Josh's easy-going and friendly (yet always professional) nature put me at ease and took a lot of the stress away. He explained the campaign and auction process thoroughly and kept me up to date the whole time. Josh also always had time for my questions (of which there were A LOT) and was really easy to communicate with.
