He is a very good communicator, very friendly and put a lot of energy into the job. He came across as pro-active and had a good work ethic. I appreciated that Josh supported me with my concern about issues with our drains. He arranged an inspection and provided contractors to replace the sewerage pipes. This was a relief as the work went ahead and will be finished before settlement.
