We had some hesitancy going into a deadline sale, but he and his team's strategy of when and how to make the offer, managing the offer conditions, and his recommended lawyers came in clutch. We had a chat with Josh to get an idea of what we wanted, and he was very easy to deal with and was able to dumb everything down for us as necessary. His picks were great - he shortlisted two places, one was exactly perfect for us, and we only ever went to one viewing! Has we live in the UK we only met Josh a few times whilst we where in NZ. Josh came across a very strong character, showing confidence and a good knowledge of his field of work. When we got back home Josh kept us informed on how the sale was proceeding at every stage guiding us as to who was visiting the property and indicating on the price buyers were thinking of paying for the property. At the auction Josh and his colleague managed to get a deal over the the line with the buyer which was acceptable to us.
