Lots of potential issues around the EQC and Builders Report needed to be resolved with the vendors which were resolved professionals through good communication. The price negotiations went ok, in hindsight it may have been better to not have gone to our limit and had a bit more back and forth negotiation, but Josh did well.
Josh was absolutely amazing. He made us feel very welcome from the start as soon as we walked into the first open home we knew he would be amazing to work with. He answered all of our questions and concerns. We never wanted to go to auction but Josh made the process so smooth and easy. With his help and guidance we finally had our dream come true. Josh made it really easy to get into a place we love. We had some hesitancy going into a deadline sale, but he and his team's strategy of when and how to make the offer, managing the offer conditions, and his recommended lawyers came in clutch. We had a chat with Josh to get an idea of what we wanted, and he was very easy to deal with and was able to dumb everything down for us as necessary. His picks were great - he shortlisted two places, one was exactly perfect for us, and we only ever went to one viewing!
