Jos is very freindly and without her follow up and encouragement I would not have bought the house.

Jos phoned me after the open home and encouraged me to put in an offer even though I wasn't convinced that it would be enough. After getting the ball rolling she handed me over to her partner, Francis who did all of the paperwork etc.
