Overall this has been a great experience, as first home buyers with little knowledge on real estate, Jong has been extremely helpful and informative. Hopefully we won't be buying another house anytime soon but if we do we'll happily work with Jong again! Jong was always available to answer questions we had and let us know with very fast response times. If there was a gap in our knowledge, or something we missed that needed to be addressed, he would let us know early with plenty of time to address those things.
