John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our mother had had a stroke which kicked her mild dementia up a notch. We found ourselves in the position of having to sell the family home in order to pay for her rest home care. He met with her and explained what was happening with her beloved house she and our father had built in the early 80’s. He was very patient and understanding with her. When she deteriorated further, John dealt with myself and my brother. When she died and I put things on hold for a couple of months, he was very understanding and didn’t pressurise us at all. When I got back in touch he was great and got the ball rolling once again. He kept us informed every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a kinder man - a gentleman in every aspect of the word.

John was great the whole way through the selling process- available for support at any time, to answer any questions no matter how basic / complicated they were. He remained professional throughout the whole time and got us a sale for our much loved family home.

Given the difficult environment John continued to focus on providing a professional service throughout the entire process. The fact that I am located some four hours away coupled with the shortage of available labour for things like cleaning the unit. John took up the challenge to provide cleaning services to ensure that the unit was well presented for sale. Excellent levels of communication throughout ensured the success of the sales transaction.
