John was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our mother had had a stroke which kicked her mild dementia up a notch. We found ourselves in the position of having to sell the family home in order to pay for her rest home care. He met with her and explained what was happening with her beloved house she and our father had built in the early 80’s. He was very patient and understanding with her. When she deteriorated further, John dealt with myself and my brother. When she died and I put things on hold for a couple of months, he was very understanding and didn’t pressurise us at all.
