But they were the clear choice for us, even though they weren't the bottom price. They were down-to-earth and didn't try to hype us up with how much money they could sell our house for. They showed us proven marketing research and comparative pricing, and discussed what we could do to make the sale happen in line with our timeframe and financial goals. Other agents also tried to throw a huge to-do list at us full of little things (change all your lightbulbs! That tiny paint scratch is an issue!) whereas Jodi really helped me focus on what mattered.
