She made it clear to me if I wanted a good amount for my house I had to give it value. Once I cleaned and did repairs to present the house at its best we got a builders report to show me what I had missed after completing the issues builder found Jodi worked her magic. She inspired and motivated her entire team . She moved very fast indeed she had the advert up and live in a week showed open homes next day and I couldn't believe it a concrete offer in just 3 days signed in 6 days. This lady got me to get my house to the state where she could give the buyer maximum value. There actually is a balance where a good agent can serve both buyer and sellers interests but it takes a great agent with true talent to be this honest and caring at the same time so motivated. This was not my first property selling but investing my time in Jodi definitely gave me my best result.
