Jodi and Amy are an amazing team. When my husband and I first decided to sell our house, they were not the only agents we talked to before deciding. But they were the clear choice for us, even though they weren't the bottom price. They were down-to-earth and didn't try to hype us up with how much money they could sell our house for. They showed us proven marketing research and comparative pricing, and discussed what we could do to make the sale happen in line with our timeframe and financial goals. Other agents also tried to throw a huge to-do list at us full of little things (change all your lightbulbs! That tiny paint scratch is an issue!) whereas Jodi really helped me focus on what mattered. Furthermore, this has been a much longer process than planned due to some health issues on my part. Throughout it all, Jodi has been supportive, understanding, and has gone above and beyond to get me and my husband back together again in our next home. Even when it came to things outside of selling our house, such as buying the next one, she has done everything to answer our questions and give us help within her field of expertise.
