Jo was acting on behalf of estranged siblings, one in NZ (keen to sell), and myself overseas, (ambivalent if sold or not); each with an equal half share in a property. It was therefore a veritable minefield, and a long, difficult process in an as predicted, tanking market. Having taken Jo into my confidence regarding the vendors backgrounds, she kept confidences, was very empathetic and understanding as she had had a similar family experience. Jo was totally professional, and kept me up to date with any market movement, as soon as she had knowledge of same. She listened to my suggestions for a classic beach themed staging and preferred colour palette, which I feel greatly enhanced the property's showing.
