Jo made this process so easy I was almost frightened it was "too easy"...but every question I had was answered - quickly and in writing. When I started looking - I had no idea that it would happen so fast - all the information on the home I purchased was provided as soon as I expressed interest and Jo was quick to respond to questions that came from my solicitor with all the correct information - she was extremely knowledgeable and also did the research for questions if she wasnt sure. Jo was acting on behalf of estranged siblings, one in NZ (keen to sell), and myself overseas, (ambivalent if sold or not); each with an equal half share in a property. It was therefore a veritable minefield, and a long, difficult process in an as predicted, tanking market.
