To say that Jo goes above and beyond is a huge understatement! I couldn’t be happier with the result she achieved for me. Jo certainly knows the market and is professional to a T. But what makes her stand out from the rest is her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that absolutely every detail is attended to prior to the house going on the market. Even though I was away from Nelson at the time, I found the whole sale process incredibly relaxed, and this was 100% due to Jo’s ongoing communication with me - she kept me informed every step of the way. If I have to sum up Jo’s performance in one word, there is really only one word that springs to mind - faultless. Huge thank you to Jo for your faultless dedication!
