Jo has insight which means marketing your home is done really well. The photography was so good we almost wanted to stay! We had also seen Jo in action at other open homes and we really liked her approach: interested in you as a buyer as to what you are looking for but not pushy which makes you want to leave the property! So we knew she would market our home well. And she did. A good price in a good time frame and an all round happy contract. Then it was like Jo curated a new home just for us. She found a property that entirely meets our needs at the right price. I think all of this is because Jo listens and observes how people like to live so she doesn’t waste your time as a vendor, or the buyers time, by showing the wrong people the wrong houses.
