We are really grateful to have had Jo help us with the sale of our house. She took on a very difficult task, selling a house which had already been on the market 9 months through another Agent. Not letting that intimidate her, she launched in with energy, fresh ideas and enthusiasm which helped us really lift the presentation of the house. Her grip over how to best present and market the house, and her feel for who the buyer would be, was absolutely spot on. We particularly appreciated her past experience renovating and selling her own houses, which brought an extra angle to our situation which we think ultimately helped get the property ready for the right buyer. She provided a really deft balance of hard/honest advice and optimistic encouragement, which is a hard one to pull off.
