Excellent

Jo was amazing to work with. We both really trusted her, and found she went the extra mile to sell our house. At all times Jo kept us fully informed, and was always totally honest with us. Jo is a lovely, honest person and we are working with Jo again in the search for the next house.

Fantastic experience, The real McCoy! Thank you.

Jo Hoogervorst teamed up with Alison Carter and ran a smooth auction campaign to sell our Lyttelton section, a niche market property requiring a considered approach, especially in the middle of winter. We were impressed by Jo and her level of competence and engagement. She communicated thoroughly throughout the campaign and put us at ease on auction day. We enjoyed her creativity and enthusiasm. Very happy with the service and result. Can highly recommend.

A Success Story

I had an excellent experience with the team at Harcourts Ferrymead. Jo went above and beyond by making special visits with me and my elderly mother who is in a retirement village. Jo was professional, thoughtful, and showed genuine compassion during every meeting. She made a connection with us and our family. Jo's communication was clear, her support was consistent, and she made the whole process feel easy and stress‑free. I was 100% happy with her work and truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.

Jo is totally personable, thoughtful and understood our needs 100 percent.

Jo is communicative and responsive, I felt that she understood our circumstances and our expectations completely and her knowledge of the area is excellent. If I ever bought another house in this area I would, without a doubt ask Jo for her help. Unicorns are hard to find but Jo helped us find ours!
