I met Jo whilst she was selling our neighbour's home at number 9 Hatfield Heights, from the moment we met she was warm, engaging and very helpful. What grabbed our attention was how successfully our neighbour's property was marketed, as the open homes were very busy and also we saw a number of Barfoot & Thompson agents coming through during the week showing buyers. It didn't surprise me when the property sold so quickly at auction for an amazing price! I had a chat with Jo after one of her open homes, as we were thinking of the possibility of selling our home, Jo mentioned she had some buyers who could be keen to view and could have a buyer for us. With this she arranged in no time to bring 3 perspective buyers to view a couple of days later. To our amazement we had an offer for $1,120,000, which was well over CV.
