The whole property journey fell easy.

I recently worked with Jo to sell our property in what was a very challenging market, and once again she delivered an outstanding result. This was the second property Jo has sold me us, and her professionalism, communication, and commitment throughout the process were exceptional. Jo made the entire experience easy and stress-free. She organised everything seamlessly, kept us fully informed at every stage, and ensured the whole process stayed on track, including keeping me organised as vendors. How to invest in client relationships

We first met Jo before we were ready to sell, but were provided with an excellent appraisal and advice at that time. Over the following four years Jo invested in our relationship with her through regular contact so when it came time to sell, it was natural for us to engage Jo, even though she was from another Barfoot & Thompson office. Jo responded promptly and introduced us to a leading agent from our suburb's B&T office, with them working as a team on our behalf from that point on. Both Jo and Cindy were professional, thorough and enjoyable to work with. Their advice regarding preparing our home for sale was excellent as were their recommendations regarding marketing. Once the campaign kicked off we had regular updates from them before and after open homes, and we could see how hard they were working from the enquiries we were getting from them on behalf of interested parties. Although the property didn't sell at auction during a big downtown in the market, they did not pressure us at all to lower our expectations in the auction room, and gave us confidence to continue working with them for the following weeks, until a strong offer was achieved from the perfect buyers. Jo is a very professional agent who is relaxed, friendly and fun to work with, reassuring us every step of the process that she would find the best buyers for our family home. Jo went the extra mile helping ensure our property was pristine for open homes when we were out of town and couldn't do this ourselves - above and beyond the call of duty. We would not hesitate to recommend Jo, and would absolutely work with her again in future. It was a pleasure to deal with Barfoot & Thompson as experts in the Auckland (and wider) market.

Good communicator

Excellent and prompt with communication. Provided all the information needed and was helpful in explaining all the steps I needed to take to ensure I did the right things to have the property assessed and make a pre-auction offer. Very approachable annd knowledgeable and answered all my questions . I have been very happy with this experience.

We came into the home buying process for the first time knowing nothing of what the process was and Jo was very helpful in walking us through everything that needed to happen, what to expect at each step and connected us with anyone else we needed help from along the way. Would strongly recommend Jo to anyone looking to buy or list a home in an area she covers.

Great to deal with

Jo was the agent selling the property we have just recently bought. She made the whole process so much better than any previous experience we have had. Jo is professional, personable and really onto it. We found her a really good communicator and any queries or issues we had were easily resolved. Would highly recommend Jo to anyone, not only did she help us get the end result of purchasing the house, but was just a really nice person to deal with while being so professional at the same time.
