From our initial meeting with Jim O'Donoghue we were impressed with his enthusiastic approach to assisting his clients sell their property. It was evident that Jim was not only committed but would enjoy working alongside us to meet our expectations. Jim was consistently professional throughout the selling process, keeping us abreast of progress. Jim was also willing to answer our inquiries and make any adjustments we requested whilst being patient, reassuring and supportive. It was evident that the Nidd Realty team displayed a wonderful sense of camaraderie in order to meet their clients needs. This was proven while Jim was unavailable for a very short period of time when both Toni and Reagan Curline continued with the smooth and efficient process of selling our home. We were very pleased with the service we received from Jim. We appreciated how Jim stayed in touch with us over a long period of time while we decided whether we would sell or not. He was not pushy and asked several times if we wanted him to stay in touch and keep us up-to-date with what was happening in the market; we answered yes several times. He was respectful of our indecision about whether to sell and when the right time would be; not easy for a real estate agent to do in a market where there is a lack of houses for sale. When we decided we definitely wanted to sell he was very helpful. He always followed through promptly with anything he said he would do and communicated clearly with us. He was helpful with information about what we should and should not do to prepare the house for sale. He gave us good information about the market and what our house was likely to sell for. I felt he was working to advertise the house well and get a good sale without over-promising. We would happily recommend him to anyone else looking to sell their house.

So so glad I didn't go with a private sale as I was going to !!.. I am by nature a weary person and thoroughly researched the so many great agents Dunedin has. Jim was the one for me as I knew there were going to be 'difficulties', but Jim took all the 'hard stuff' off my shoulders and dealt with everything effortlessly and professionally. I definitely would have struggled on this one...Jim had it all done and dusted within 4 weeks with a sale price I could only have dreamed of...My gut feeling was not wrong here...Fantastic work Jim and what a journey ah? lol...Topman, highly recommend and definitely going with this guy in selling our existing residence
