Jess was friendly, very helpful, accommodating, patient and had great communication. It took me about a year of looking to finally close on this one, and she assisted throughout most of the buying process. I was a first home buyer who knew little about the process, and little familiarity with most suburbs. Jess helped guide me through a few attempts at auction, and negotiation, and liaising property inspections. She helped to filter out some properties by raising concerns about things like weather tightness. She sometimes suggested listings that I might be interested in. When I wanted to change the strategy for finding and filtering properties, she was responsive to those requests, and it helped to narrow down candidates faster. It was also very helpful to have someone who could arrange private viewings outside of publicised open homes. This was especially helpful when I had specific scheduling requirements. As an added bonus, since I don't own a car, she went the extra mile, and always offered to pick me up, drive me around the viewings, and drop me off afterwards. This made the open home experience far more convenient.
