As first-time sellers who were quite nervous and a little unsure of what to expect, which didn't really last long because we were made to feel completely at ease when we first met and dealt with Jess. She kept us well informed of what was happening and when at every step in the process. We were able to communicate freely with her if we had a question and we always had a reply virtually straight away. She presented us with market facts and trends and gave us all of the information that we needed whether it was favourable or not, it was important to us to have all facts so that any decision that was made was an informed one. Jess never tried to persuade us or tell us what to do, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when and where she could. She went over and above for us regarding rentals and even spoke to the person whom we will be renting off for a short while, and none of that was part of her job, but we are very much grateful the work and effort she put in for us. If you're ever looking to sell (or buy) I highly recommend Jess, she was absolutely fantastic!
