Jessie listened to our preferences and managed to stick to them. She is a friendly agent while staying professional. She had no trouble with our over-friendly dog, managing to cage her when needed (to protect viewers clothing). Jessie kept us up to date with when she needed us not to be home, and how things were progressing. She managed to get 2 purchasers!
Buying a new home can be stressful and we were lucky we had Jesse to help, support and ease the stress for us us on this journey. It was my first time being directly involved with sales and using a property sales rep. I was extremely nervous and never done research about selling houses, the market's or different types of options I could use for selling a house. Jess came prepared with everything I needed to know and took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing what it meant and our next steps as we went all. Thankfully also she knew what my house would be worth based on all her knowledge and stopped me from making a deal that would have left me with no where near the end result that I got and I'm more then happy with the end result we got. As first-time sellers who were quite nervous and a little unsure of what to expect, which didn't really last long because we were made to feel completely at ease when we first met and dealt with Jess. She kept us well informed of what was happening and when at every step in the process. We were able to communicate freely with her if we had a question and we always had a reply virtually straight away. She presented us with market facts and trends and gave us all of the information that we needed whether it was favourable or not, it was important to us to have all facts so that any decision that was made was an informed one. Jess never tried to persuade us or tell us what to do, she was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when and where she could. She went over and above for us regarding rentals and even spoke to the person whom we will be renting off for a short while, and none of that was part of her job, but we are very much grateful the work and effort she put in for us. If you're ever looking to sell (or buy) I highly recommend Jess, she was absolutely fantastic!
