Our greatest appreciation to Jemima and Jeremy for passionately encouraging us to go for auction to the house we really like when we have little idea how an auction works. They has gone above and beyond to get us motivated with valueable insights about housing market and winning strategies ! Always a positive yes to any of our requests from Jemima! We are super satisfied that the outcome is just so worth it! Not just hard work but their heart work has won us a beautiful place to call HOME! Thanks a million to team Kartolo!

Jeremy Kartolo and his teammates Jemima and Jorja equipped us with comprehensive market insights, motivated us to target the best price for our property, and ensured we were kept up to date with the latest market trends and sentiments. They are hardworking, attentive to their client's needs, and exude a positive attitude. We appreciate Team JK's effort in promoting and finding that one buyer for our property. If you're looking for a creative, highly motivated, confident, and diligent real estate sales team, Team Jeremy Kartolo is the one for you.

Jeremy has been an incredibly hard working and enthusiastic agent who has worked tirelessly to achieve the sale of my Mums home . His gentle yet encouraging manner has been absolutely second to none . His knowledge of the current market and his knowledge of all possible options to achieve a positive outcome for Mum have been extremely top notch !His communication has been excellent and I have thoroughly enjoyed his sense of humour whilst remaining extremely professional in his manner . He and Jemima and Jorja have all been an absolute pleasure to work with and given I live in the North Island it has been wonderful to know I had someone who I could trust to work with my Mum who has never sold a home before . Thank you Jeremy I am truely grateful and I know my Mum is too , she doesn’t have an email but she would agree with everything I have said here . I would highly recommend Jeremy as an agent and I think Harcourts should be very proud to have such a talented and conscientious agent involved in their business.

Jeremy has worked tirelessly for the sale, and the chain that it was involved in. He has always communicated well and promptly. For anyone looking at the property market I would recommend Jeremy. He is knowledgeable, young and driven, and determined to help you achieve the best in the market, and I can't fault him for this. Good luck for the future Jeremy, and I shall be enjoying the next chapter in my life. Thank you
