Jeremy was great both with initial guidance on the type of sale for our property, and later once we moved to sale by negotiation, he did his best in getting potential buyers through. Our sale process dragged on a bit, due to our house being a bit unique for the area, however we were happy with the final outcome. I cannot comment on his market knowledge although he was awre of the the trend of sales. He never gave up even though it took 6 months to sell. He was diplomatic enough to not really say that we had to lower our price expectation and wait for us to come to the same conclusion. I will use him again.
