From the word go, Jenny showed that she understood the property market and this knowledge was shared through the property report prior to marketing the property. Throughout the preparation process her communication was excellent from arranging contractors to do minor repairs through to the staging. Again during the marketing of the property she was in regular contact providing feedback from clients as well as providing weekly reports. At the auction she was supportive and provided information which resulted in the successful sale of the property. I had been receiving general newsletters and calendars from Jenny Benoy for a couple of years prior to deciding to sell my property so she immediately came to mind as the agent I should approach. I called into the office and felt immediately at ease when I met her as she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. She gave me some brochures to have a look at and we briefly discussed costs etc. A few weeks later I called her to say I was ready to go to market and we met in person. I never once felt pressured and she was wonderful in giving me advice on how to present the property at its best, both inside and out.
