Having earlier sold our house with Jenna and Kath we then purchased a property listed by them. Our timeframe to buy was quick and was over the traditional new year holiday period so we were asking a lot in terms of availability at that time. Time pressure however was no problem to Jenna who led the initial part of the process and made certain to respond with information at all times, including weekends, holidays and out of hours.
