My experience with Jenna was good overall. She was quick and efficient in terms of the presentation and sale of the property. However I didn't always feel that she was acting in our best interests in maximising the price we could achieve. The original price indication proposed by NZR was offers above $630 K - I thought this was way too low and I proposed $680 - within a day of it hitting the market we had a $680 offer which we refused. Eventually we got another offer for 700 K which we accepted. I felt that at the stage we should have more assistance and advice around getting that potential purchaser to pay more. Instead we had messages that it was a great price etc - I thought it was OK but there was definite upside. We were handicapped by Covid and for the most part the loss of most of the Auckland market.. Also the property was quite unique so difficult to price, Everything else went smoothly and Jenna and the NZR team were extremely efficient.
I chose Jenna and Kath as agents for my 30-lot subdivision and they exceeded my expectations: every single lot sold within a few weeks. They are lovely people and great communicators with a good market knowledge and strong relationships with both buyers and sellers.

And with settlement date captured by COVID and level 4 restrictions any challenges were quickly addressed and we successfully settled on the agreed date.
