I think Jay is an agent everyone should go to. He has the knowledge, patience, and understanding. He has been dealing with us for a few months and he had guaranteed us that he will find us our first home, and he did:). He is well organized and has the sense of what the buyers prefer. From the initial contact to our first meeting at a private viewing Jay was always so kind and eager to help us find our first home. He was the first agent to give us information on how to understand the housing market and information for us as first home buyers to help us with the process. Upon our first meeting he put together a portfolio of houses on the market that fit our criteria and did research on these properties for us. As well as helping us with other listings we had found personally. After looking at so many open homes ourselves prior to working with Jay he made the whole process much more enjoyable, relaxing and understanding. Once we found the house my partner and I liked Jay was so proactive and cooperative with us getting all the due diligence done so we could put in our offer.
