Jay has a good knowledge of the local sales and markets. He was awesome to work with and was in constant communication with us. He kept us up to date with weekly reports and summaries, letting us know how viewings were going and the interest shown. Very accommodating and helpful, sharing suggestions as to what may work to draw further purchasers. Always welcomed our input.
