I had never read a sale and purchase agreement before, and he had no trouble answering any and all questions I had on the document. I can also attest to his honesty as I late found out a work colleague had also made an offer on the same house. All of the information he gave me on previous declined offers (that he was at that point allowed to give me) were entirely truthful. People say you can't trust real estate agents. My experience with Jay suggests he's the exception.

He kept us up to date with weekly reports and summaries, letting us know how viewings were going and the interest shown.
