Jay had a firm knowledge of current market trends and communicated this very well. His manner was very polite, and he listened to comments and remarks made to him, responding to questions with thoughtful answers. He would seek advice if he wasn't able to answer a question to my satisfaction, showing that he was genuinely interested at giving me the best information to hand.
I purchased my first home through Jay and he was very helpful in guiding me through the process. I had never read a sale and purchase agreement before, and he had no trouble answering any and all questions I had on the document. I can also attest to his honesty as I late found out a work colleague had also made an offer on the same house. All of the information he gave me on previous declined offers (that he was at that point allowed to give me) were entirely truthful. People say you can't trust real estate agents. My experience with Jay suggests he's the exception.
