Jay's approach to selling is VERY vendor focussed and pressure free. He will work with his vendor until he achieves the results they want. Right from the start, when selecting an agent, Jay's point of difference was obvious. His practical advice about presenting my property in the best way was very useful and greatly appreciated, as was his honesty and integrity. Marketing budgets were set with what was practical and would get results, rather than just spend as much as possible. One of Jay's strengths was his negotiation skills once offers were made, to truly get the best outcome for me as a seller. He came through with multiple offers well over asking price and then continued to work on potential buyers just in case. Jay achieved a sale price higher than any other for an apartment like mine, beating out the 'local agent' for my complex by tens of thousands of dollars. I believe his commitment to his vendor, his negotiation skills, his attention to detail on researching the property and surrounds and his determination were instrumental in achieving this result.
