I met Jay when looking for our new home, at the open home, he was friendly, very knowledgeable about the area, the house and the market. we had one or 2 issues with the building inspector that was recommended to to us by someone else, which affected finance conditions, Jay came up with solutions and other recommendations, this helped us secure the property we now call home.
