OMG buying a house without visiting it, in a City you love but don't know that well and at auction, to throw in another madness for the end of the year. Yes all things you certainly should not do!! Though Jason was great at talking me through it, doing a video viewing and filling me in on the current real estate situation in Dunedin. As well as beeing open to questions and explanations and advise. At the end we all look into the same fog of the future but do appreciate his help.

Jason sold two houses for me in Dunedin. He did so without me being local or having met him. He was friendly and easy to deal with via phone and I'd certainly use him again in the future.

Jason did a fantastic job of getting our house on the market and completed the sale in a short time frame. We were under pressure to sell as we had already brought. The communication through the process was fantastic. We went to auction however no one registered to bid nor turned up.
