OMG buying a house without visiting it, in a City you love but don't know that well and at auction, to throw in another madness for the end of the year. Yes all things you certainly should not do!! Though Jason was great at talking me through it, doing a video viewing and filling me in on the current real estate situation in Dunedin. As well as beeing open to questions and explanations and advise. At the end we all look into the same fog of the future but do appreciate his help.
