Janine was a refreshingly positive and upbeat agent willing to think outside the box and support great outcomes. Janine provided constant metric and prospect updates to us throughout the process. Janine has a natural ability to mesh with people from all walks of life which was clear from the level of communication and feedback she provided us, highly recommend

If you are looking for an honest, reliable, friendly and hardworking agent, you cannot go past Janine Goldsmith. Having both bought and sold through Bream Bay Realty, I can totally recommend Janine to ensure a stress free, smooth sailing, successful experience. She has an extensive knowledge of real estate and the local area, going above and beyond any expectations to negotiate an agreement that will bring happiness to all parties concerned. Constant communication removed any worries as the stages progressed through the whole process which I cannot fault in any way!

Janine's communication was really good. Very friendly and approachable. Was a pleasure to deal with.

Janine, is a super friendly approachable ‘down-to-earth’ agent that goes that extra mile. I found the whole experience to be stress free & professional.
