Janine and Bream Bay Realty were always my first choice to handle this family estate home sale. Throughout a trying year of delays due to Covid lockdowns and travel restrictions she was always there to go above and beyond. There is simply no one else with better knowledge of the area and I understand she has now sold this same property twice. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective seller or buyer as the go to agent for Ruakaka. Many thanks!!!

We were very pleased with Janine’s conduct when we were buying a Ruakaka property. She was knowledgeable as well as being personable. Great local knowledge. We think too she worked very hard on the compliance aspects of the sale, dealing with an absentee vendor.

Janine was an excellent agent to handle our sale. She was very professional and was constantly in touch, keeping us well informed of all requirements at every stage of the process and was always positive and very helpful when unexpected events presented themselves. We were not on site so appreciated the time she took to keep us up to date with proceedings. I would thoroughly recommend Janine and Bream Bay Realty with any work undertaken in the buying or selling of real estate.

Janine is a real pleasure to deal with, very proactive, easy going, great local knowledge and always quick to respond to any queries or concerns. She made the whole process enjoyable and easy. 10/10

Janine is one of the most extraordinary agents we have ever met. We had been searching for a house in Rukaka for 9 months. Her knowledge and helpful nature made our purchase super easy. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly and professionally. You don't find many agents of this caliber anymore. If you want a real person who goes the extra mile to sell your home or help you buy Janine is all that and more.

Knows about the area and great to work with, has been a pleasure to get know Janine in selling our property

Huge thumbs up to Janine, very transparent and great job. Thanks heaps.

We put an offer on a property in February 2021, and due to a condition of settlement, we did not settle until March 2022. Despite the majority of the work being done, Janine wasn't content to allow the purchaser and vendor to just communicate via their intermediaries and regularly followed up with updates on the property and how the specific conditions were tracking. We enjoyed her forthright and candid communications.

Janine made the process an absolute dream! She went above and beyond to address any questions we had, kept us well informed and was very knowledgeable about the process and area. Would definitely use again, highly recommend :)

Janine was outstanding. I was impressed with her patience, efficiency and professionalism. She always responded to any questions I had promptly and proactively worked at keeping things progressing. I highly recommend Janine. I also appreciated the warm welcome she extended to joining the Ruakaka community!

I found Janine to be an excellent agent. Prompt and clear with her communications and both friendly and professional to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend her and, should I need a real estate agent in Ruakaka, she will be at the top of the list.

As a first time buyer, I was very cautious about trusting a vendors agent, but I can honestly say that Janine was brilliant. She was open and upfront with me, genuinely helpful, and went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (at least with the agent - the bank was another story!)
