Janine was patient, enthusiastic, happy to oblige all my visits to the house, family, builder, be the counsellor in making the lifestyle change. I liked that she listened to me, was straight forward and provided the information in a timely manner. She is also relaxed enough to make the whole experience my decision but with support.
