Jane had an excellent knowledge of the current market conditions and advised us accordingly. When we met with Jane she gave us good advice and guided us through the process in a relaxed and thorough manner. The house was marketed effectively and open homes were conducted regularly. We received a phone call after each open home which was followed up with an excellent written report containing comments from open home attendees and statistics. Jane made herself available via phone or meeting in person at all times. She was helpful, friendly, realistic and informative. Our house was sold within a timely manner and the process went smoothly.
