Of the three agents selected to provide appraisals, Jane stood out, taking time to inspect everything in detail, and then later presenting an appraisal with a captivatingly attractive description of the property. From the beginning I felt comfortable with Jane with her friendliness and enthusiasm. Assisted by Cassalina, her capable Executive Assistant, photos, staging and all the advertising was arranged. Open home days involved the team in all extremes of weather - cold, wet, windy and occasionally fine. Weekly Vendor reports and meetings to discuss progress kept me updated. All through the process Jane showed enthusiasm for the work, communicated well, was always positive and professional. Jane and the team were a pleasure to deal with.
