It has been a great experience having Jane and her team sell out house! They have been professional with every detail, amazing communication through every step, and a great result from their knowledge of the industry. Thank you so much for making the selling process a joy.

Jane was a true professional at all times and kept us up to date on proceedings with potential buyers. We appreciated the time you and Carey made to sell our unit and the help from your team.

Jane and Carey were friendly and professional. Very communicative and responsive, and made the whole process smooth and easy. They listened to our needs and gave good advice. We had a very good experience with Jane and the Ray Whites team and would definitely recommend them to others.

Jane and the team at Ray White New Plymouth were outstanding in providing the level of professional service that we were looking for in the sale of our property in Taranaki. From the word go in our first meeting at the office in Devon Street we felt Jane was open, friendly, and welcoming. There was a certain level of confidence we felt - maybe her experience working in real estate or perhaps her professional approach, that we were able to trust her in the marketing decisions for the house. Needless to say, Jane also took the extra step to make the lawns more presentable toward the end of the campaign, which demonstrated her commitment and professionalism in bringing success to all parties involved. A pleasure indeed to have worked with Jane and the Ray White Taranaki team on the very successful sale of my home. Thank you once again. Evan Michelson

Both Jane and Carey never lost their enthusiasm for selling our property despite it taking a year. We did, they didn't! We liked their business acumen, keeping in touch, and friendship. We'd certainly recommend them as Agents to work with.

Jane, for getting us over the goal line, in a warm professional manner. Thanks to Jane, Carey and Nicky, for their communications, reports and foreword planning. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jane made the experience of selling my late mother's home very easy. Through her good personal salesmanship skills and very high-quality marketing of the home, the house was sold within a month. Jane was a real pleasure to deal with, easy to talk to and readily contactable.

Jane & Carey provided an excellent, seamless purchase of their vendors property. We were very happy with the level of professionalism and support they provided. Thanks for helping us purchase this amazing property!

I had a meeting with three separate restate companies to select the company to sell my house. It was not so easy as I was not in the same city as my house was. We selected Ray white via Jane and Carey for the following reasons. Positivity Knowledge Friendliness The ability and patience to answer all my questions Good advice on work required to make the house better to sell After my selection they were 100% professional in all matters required to sell the house. I was never left in the dark as to what was happening

Jane is an outstanding real estate agent who took the time to personally connect and understand what was important to us. Her knowledge of the market was spot on and she was proactive in her approach. She listened to our feedback and concerns and gave us confidence we were in good hands. I would strongly recommend her as a real estate agent, she was great to work with and worked hard to get a great outcome for us.

Jane was the realter for the home we purchased. She was always available to answer any queries and made what could be a daunting process for the inexperienced buyer much easier. Jane seemed to have her finger on the pulse of the real estate market.

The very first time we walk into Sunset street we were greeted by two gorgeous ladys. Hi I'm Jane, she was so warm and incredibly friendly. We mentioned what we were looking for coming from a large farm house. Jane says now look at these views, fantastic parking for a large motorhome, amazing balcony, so this was tick tick so those boxes done. We were very lucky to have bought the property at auction.Jane & Carey were absolutely delighted for us. The whole Ray White team were amazing. We thoroughly recommend them
